We have gone to Vannoy’s on West 9 Mile Road for years. Not only have we NEVER been disappointed, they have consistently exceeded our expectations. We were there briefly this morning (they served us quickly) and I mentioned to other customers in the waiting area that I had never heard a bad word said about Vannoy’s. They all agreed that we have heard nothing but praise for Vannoy’s. Their integrity and obvious concern for our welfare has certainly earned our trust and loyalty..

We have been Vannoy's Tires customers for over 10 years and have always received great service! When we arrived at the store, everyone was very courteous and ready to help. While driving home at night, we hit an unmarked "triangular" curb divider and blew out the front passenger tire and also cut into the rear passenger tire. We purchased "road hazard" protection when we bought our Michelin tires and both tires replaced with only a new "road hazard" charge ... about $66 versus buying new tires at about $900! We cannot give a higher recommendation - go to Vannoy's Tires ... They have your best interest at heart!

Fully expected to pay for a nail removal but was surprised that it was free as I had purchased the tires there. Awesome staff!

VANNOY'S/Tire Pros took over Advance Auto recently. My 1st experience was mother's day/may 7,2022 gulfbreeze while delivering flowers I had an unfortunate emergency flat tire--Gulf Breeze VANNOY'S was my 1st time and they were fantastic for a non customer. Pace is so fortunate to have VANNOY'S/Tire Pros and the super customer service like John(been with Advance since 2015/unbelieveable7 years and service is still the same--outstanding---thank you John/Nick/samantha? for the super quick service and unexpected CV boot repair --after 6 years and 91,000 plus--1st 2016 Toyota Highlander repair in 6 years? Wow--thank you- you all are number !!!!--super service, outstanding customer service and affordable, reasonable prices!! This review is for new Pace VANNOY'S-not listed for this review. need to update locations!

Seriously the best place in town. There are no words to describe how wonderful they are. They NEVER take advantage of the customers. They are more than fair in pricing. They are the most knowledgeable. As an added bonus, they are friendly and funny. I will never go anywhere else.
